An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the friendly team at Ribston Hall High School as Admissions Officer.
With responsibility for the 11–16 (Years 7–11) admissions processes throughout the year, including in-year admissions, you will manage the Grammar School entrance test for Ribston Hall High School.
Liaising closely with the Entrance Test provider in all aspects of the admissions process, you will also liaise with parents/carers as the initial point of contact for prospective pupils, providing detailed and accurate advice and information, and also arranging personalised school tours and visits as required.
You will play a key role in managing our Open Day events and our student induction information meetings, and you will also manage all aspects of the admissions appeal process.
This post forms part of our wider Examinations Team, and you will provide administrative support to both public and internal examinations for students.

Ribston Hall High School is looking to recruit additional Trustees to join our Board. This is a voluntary position that provides an exciting opportunity to make a positive contribution to our school community.
Ideally suited to experienced professionals with strong leadership and decision-making skills, the role of Trustee is very rewarding with a real scope for personal and professional development, whilst contributing to the success of our students’ educational journey.
We would require a commitment to attend 8 -10 evening board meetings a year, having pre-read the meeting papers and to undertake 3 or 4 school visits a year. Ideally, these visits would take place during the main school day, to observe the school in operation in agreed areas of interest.
You will also be invited to attend various events, performances and celebrations of school talent and achievement when these occur, to enable you to experience the richness of our school.

Ribston Hall High School is looking to recruit Relief Cover Supervisors to maintain lesson continuity during teacher absence. This is to work on an ad-hoc basis to provide classroom cover, sometimes at short notice. It is a very flexible job and cover may be for just one lesson, a whole day or a week.
