I joined Ribston in September 2014, where my role in the school focused on developing the curriculum, the use of data and systems that support teaching and learning. In February 2024, I was appointed Headteacher at the school.

I joined Ribston in September 2024 as Deputy Headteacher, having been Assistant Headteacher at another local grammar school.  My role focuses on whole school CPD, leadership across the school and marketing.

I was appointed as an assistant headteacher at Ribston in September 2016. The focus of my role is supporting the excellent pastoral work of the school, and to monitor and support teaching and learning.

I was appointed as an Assistant Headteacher at Ribston Hall in September 2020. The focus of my role is the strategic development of teaching and learning. I am passionate and committed to ensuring that all students receive high-quality educational experiences within the classroom.

Having been a Middle Leader at Ribston Hall since 2011, I have in-depth knowledge and understanding of our school context.

I have been a teacher at Ribston since 2010 and was appointed Assistant Headteacher for Culture and Ethos in September 2024.

My role focuses on embedding a strong, values-driven culture across the school, where pride, diversity, and community are at the heart of everything we do.

I joined Ribston Hall in August 2019 as Finance and Operations Manager.  My responsibilities include overseeing the school’s finances, premises, health and safety and HR.
