Our aim at Ribston Hall Sixth Form is to provide all students with a challenging, stimulating and supportive learning environment; one that offers students the breadth and depth of opportunities to pursue their own individual paths.
Sixth Form students are at the very heart of Ribston Hall. Leadership roles such as Head Student, House Captain, Prefect, Peer Mentor and Subject Captain enable students to develop lifelong employability and personal skills.
Similarly, every student has many opportunities to belong to clubs and societies and take part in numerous extracurricular activities. We have many student led clubs and societies, including History, FemSoc and MedSoc. The Sixth Formers at Ribston Hall are excellent role models to younger students, helping raise their aspirations while achieving their own.
The Sixth Form team is a strong and caring support network, there to offer academic and career guidance, help you set personal targets and of course celebrate student success. The team provide help and guidance throughout the two years ensuring you have the skills to access Higher Education or chosen career paths.
The Sixth Form social calendar is a key part of student life. Led mainly by students, the Sixth Form team encourages all students to enjoy a balance of academic study and social events. Sixth Form is a warm and welcoming community and new students joining us always comment on how quickly they settle and make friends. It really is a very special place to be; you will undoubtedly make friends for life at Ribston Hall. There is something for everyone at Ribston Hall and we believe it is an excellent place to really find out who you want to be.
In our Sixth Form, it's not all about studying - you'll also get the opportunity to perform, to compete, to experiment, to travel and to discover your potential. Find out more about joining us here.
